Dakota County Emergency Hotel Shelter (single adults with no children): 651-554-5751 Shelter services will be provided on a space-available basis. Single adults/partnered adults who are 21 years and older, connected to Dakota County, and need a safe place to sleep at night
Ally Supportive Services (single adults with no children) – 612-419-7286 Shelter services will be provided to Dakota County homeless adults who are 18 and older, with a disabling condition, who are currently living outside or in some other location not fit for human habitation

Homeless street Outreach and drop-in
Ally Services (612-875-9683) is a support service for anyone living outside (in vehicles, camping, on the street, etc.) in Dakota County. They also have regular hours at local libraries and churches provide resources and assist with service connection.
The Link CORE (612-205-7944) has a Drop in Center at Grace Lutheran Church in Apple Valley where you who are at-risk or currently experiencing homelessness can get help with basic needs (food, clothes, shower, laundry, etc.) and connect to case management and other longer-term services such as housing.
